Dr. Giles is a board-certified physician specializing in addiction medicine and medically supervised detoxification. He oversees medical protocols at Faith Recovery Center — from the intake medical assessment and withdrawal risk stratification through detox stabilization, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when indicated, and ongoing residential medical oversight. His role is to ensure physical safety is never traded for comfort: vitals monitoring, medication adjustments, and medical decision-making stay physician-led on campus.

Dr. Meza is a licensed psychiatrist specializing in dual diagnosis — the integrated treatment of co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. He evaluates and treats conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD and trauma-related symptoms, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and related psychiatric presentations that commonly travel with addiction. Rather than outsourcing psychiatry to an off-site referral, Dr. Meza works inside the same clinical team so medication management, therapy goals, and addiction programming stay aligned day to day.
